Shipping Policy
At Tifratin, every product is handcrafted with care, so production time may vary depending on the item:
- Moroccan Rugs: 2–3 weeks for hand-weaving (tissage)
- Home Décor, Wooden Chairs & Stools: 1 week for preparation
Once ready, orders are shipped safely using FedEx, DHL, or Colissimo (for France).
Estimated Delivery Time (after shipping):
- Morocco: 2–5 business days
- France: Around 9 business days
- Europe & North America: 7–14 business days
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving your order
- Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Custom Items: Handmade rugs (custom sizes or designs) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll assist you quickly.
